On a family trip to the islands, we fell in love with passion fruit — its brightness, its depth, the way it made everything taste like summer. So we came home to our 33-acre farm in the Catskills, went back to our hives, and let the two meet.
The result is unlike anything we've made before. Our raw wildflower honey — harvested from our own bees in Franklin, NY — paired with passion fruit. Nothing artificial, no shortcuts, no fillers. Just two ingredients doing exactly what they're meant to do.
